FAQ
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- Your account stays, but new LLM calls pause until you switch to Developer Preview (free during beta) or sign an Enterprise contract. Existing data is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion a 30-day soft-delete window applies with recovery; after that, hard-delete.
- What does OMEX AI cost during beta?
- Nothing. The Developer Preview is free during beta with no minimum commitment. We'll introduce a paid plan at GA; beta users will get a loyalty discount. You can delete your workspace any time from the admin console.
- Where is my data stored?
- Free Beta and Developer Preview run in the EU region (Berlin, Strato AG). Enterprise customers can choose dedicated regions, with non-EU options on request. On-premise deployments are planned for Q3 2026.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. From the admin console you can download a complete JSON export of your agents, conversations and knowledge sources at any time.
